For more than thirty years, Daphne has represented clients in commercial litigation and transactions. Prior to joining Stimmel, Stimmel and Roeser, Daphne practiced at two large multinational law firms as well as her own firm where her practice areas included intellectual property (including trademarks and patents), and general commercial litigation and transactions involving contracts, breaches of contract, negligence, fraud, misrepresentation, unfair business practices and unfair competition. Daphne has practiced law in Texas, Washington D.C. and for the past twenty years, she has worked in California. She is admitted to practice in California state courts and California federal courts, such as the United States District Courts for the Northern District of California and the Central District of California.
At Stimmel, Stimmel and Roeser, Daphne works out of Los Angeles where she engages in a variety of practice areas, including intellectual property, construction litigation and general business litigation. Her extensive experience in complex civil litigation and transactions helps her to execute for Stimmel's clients. Her engineering background helps her to analyze and advocate for clients on issues such as construction defects.
Outside of work, Daphne enjoys exercising, traveling, the outdoors, and spending time with family.
