Michelle M. Cammarata is a Bay Area native and received her Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in December 2006. Michelle received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arizona in 2001. In law school, Michelle was a law clerk for the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office and the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office. Upon graduation from law school, Michelle was a research attorney at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office on a special circumstance and high-profile homicide case.
Prior to joining Stimmel, Stimmel & Roeser, Michelle’s commercial litigation practice encompassed a broad range of matters including, the representation of banking institutions and financial services companies, in defense of claims involving loan servicing, lending liability, contract claims, tort defense, federal lending laws and regulations, state consumer protection, unfair competition, fraud, false advertising, and real estate disputes. Michelle’s litigation experience also includes first- and third-party insurance special investigation unit matters, toxic torts, personal injury, and premises liability.
At Stimmel, Stimmel & Roeser, Michelle focuses on litigation matters, including but not limited to commercial litigation, corporate disputes, real estate disputes, employment disputes, and probate and trust disputes. Her extensive experience includes litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
Other than the practice of law, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, identical twin daughters, and son, swimming, art, reading, and traveling.
