Steve works out of Los Angeles County, and in his role as Of Counsel at Stimmel, Stimmel & Roeser, PC, Steve works with clients across a wide range of practice areas, primarily in civil litigation in the areas of business, real estate and construction, employment, and probate and trusts.
Prior to joining Stimmel, Stimmel & Roeser, PC, Steve gained extensive litigation and trial experience at a preeminent law firm in Southern California, primarily focusing on insurance bad-faith and personal injury matters. While practicing there for 12 years, Steve’s litigation experience also expanded to include mass tort, class action, and breach of contract matters. Steve’s background and experience provides him with excellent strategic and business acumen in a wide range of legal matters. He is committed to honesty and ethical representation of his clients to achieve the best results possible.
Steve grew up in California. He received a scholarship to swim for University of California at Berkeley, where he obtained his B.A. in Political Science and became an All-American swimmer. Steve also competed at the United States Olympic Trials in 1996 and 2000. Earning his J.D. at the University of La Verne College of Law, Steve was class Valedictorian and the Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
When he is not working, Steve enjoys rooting for Cal sport teams, snow skiing, traveling, and of course swimming with his wife and three children. Steve also loves attending his children’s sporting events.
